Wednesday 8th September

(a) Prayer Blitz
In memory of the National Day of Prayer held on 8th September 1940, we have today published a new article, which can accessed via the menu on the left.

(b) On Facebook (3-Sep-2010)
The Martyn Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust is now on Facebook, click here to go there!

(c) In the Blogs (1-Sep-2010)
Several bloggers have mentioned our website recently, with particular reference to the Pensacola Sermons. The two latest to mention us are:-
Terry Virgo, who gives a fascinating account of listening to MLJ preach, and
Phil Johnson, who highlights the accuracy of MLJ's predictions in 1969.

(d) MP3 Sermons on Matthew's Gospel (27-Aug-2010)
Another 8 of MLJ's sermons on Matthew's Gospel are now available as MP3 downloads. This brings the total to 15 so far, which have been put into their own sub-category for ease of access in the Online Store. The set should be complete by the end of next week.

(e) Time to be Evangelical (20-Aug-2010)
We have just published a new article in response to several recent news reports and the increasingly apparent need for more clarity about Christianity. You can read it using the link in the Featured Articles menu on the left.

(f) Dismissed for Mentioning God (11-Aug-2010)
The British nation was founded upon Christianity many centuries ago. That foundation was crucial to the many achievements of a relatively small nation. But now we are facing a rising tide of new laws and court decisions against Christians in this country. The latest example is the case of Duke Amachree. An employment tribunal has ruled that it was reasonable for Wandsworth Council to dismiss Duke for gross misconduct for suggesting to a client with an incurable illness, not to give up hope and to try putting her faith in God.

(g) Extra Psalms MP3s (11-Aug-2010)
Demand on our website has eased and we have made available 5 more sermons on the Psalms as MP3 downloads, bringing the total to 29 - the same as in CD format. The new downloads are:
MLJ.5232mp3 The Fool Has Said ... There is no God (Psalm 14:1)
MLJ.5235mp3 Dead Religion (Psalm 50)
